About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or buy a content programme from Tendril Social ("we", "us"). "You" means the business or person buying from us. Our programmes are for businesses, not consumers. If your proposal, quote or invoice says something different from these terms, the proposal, quote or invoice applies.
Our services
We offer three content programmes, as described on our home page: Content Reset (one month), Content Upgrade (three months) and Content Partner (six months). We may also agree custom work in writing. Each programme includes the deliverables listed for it, such as audits, strategy, content calendars, scripts, edit notes, calls, reviews and training.
You film, edit and publish the content, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Free content audit
The free content audit is a short review of your profiles with suggested quick wins. It is free of charge and there is no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
Starting work
A programme starts once you have accepted our proposal or invoice and we have received the first payment. We then send you a short brief to complete.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on our website or in your proposal.
- Content Reset is paid in full before work starts.
- Content Upgrade and Content Partner are paid monthly in advance for the full minimum term (three or six months), unless we agree a different schedule.
- Invoices are due within 14 days unless the invoice says otherwise. We may pause work while a payment is overdue.
- We may change our prices for new programmes. Prices for a programme you have already agreed will not change during its term.
What we need from you
- A completed brief and access to the information we need, such as your profiles and past performance data.
- Feedback on drafts within a couple of working days, so the schedule stays on track.
- Accurate information about your products, offers and claims. You are responsible for being able to back up any claim you ask us to include.
- Permission to use any material you send us, such as images, logos, music or video.
If delays on your side mean we cannot deliver on schedule, we will do our best to catch up but the programme term will not be extended automatically.
Response times
We aim to reply within the time shown for your programme (three, two or one working days). Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Our use of AI
We use our own AI-assisted system to draft plans and scripts. A person reviews and edits everything before you see it. Our privacy policy explains how information you share is handled.
Compliance checks
We check captions and scripts against UK advertising rules, such as ad labelling, claims and children's privacy, using our professional judgement. These checks are guidance, not legal advice. You make the final decision on what is published and remain responsible for your content and for complying with the law, the CAP Code and platform rules. If you need legal advice, please speak to a qualified lawyer.
No guaranteed results
No one can promise followers, views, sales or income, and we do not. We promise a clear plan, careful work and honest reporting. Social platforms change their features and algorithms, and these are outside our control.
Ownership of content
Once you have paid in full, you own the scripts, calendars, strategies and other deliverables we create specifically for you, and you can use them however you like. We agree any usage rights in writing at the start of each programme.
We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, frameworks, know-how and AI-assisted system, including anything we developed before or outside your programme. You may use any of these that appear in your deliverables for your own business.
Unless you ask us not to, we may mention that we have worked with you and show non-confidential examples of the work in our portfolio.
Confidentiality
We both agree to keep the other's confidential information private and to use it only for the programme. This does not apply to information that is already public or that the law requires us to share.
Cancelling and ending a programme
- You may cancel before work starts for a full refund.
- Once work has started, payments for the current month are not refundable. Content Upgrade and Content Partner have a minimum term, and the fees for the full term remain payable if you end early, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Either of us may end the agreement straight away by written notice if the other seriously breaks these terms and does not fix it within 14 days of being asked to.
- We may end the agreement if we are asked to produce content that we reasonably believe is misleading, unlawful or harmful. We will refund any fees paid for work not yet done.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profits, sales, business, reputation or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability under any programme is limited to the fees you have paid us for that programme.
We are not liable for actions taken by social media platforms, such as removing posts or suspending accounts, or for content that you change or publish without our review.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as serious illness, platform outages or internet failures. We will tell you as soon as we can and agree a new timeline with you.
Using this website
The information on this website is for general guidance and may change. Prices and programme details may be updated at any time. Links to other websites, such as Calendly, are provided for convenience, and those sites have their own terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you agree a programme applies to that programme.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at tendrilsocial@hotmail.com and we will try to resolve it quickly.
